Silicon Steel
Key Features of Silicon Steel Laminations
Grain-Oriented Silicon Steel (CRGO)
Optimized for low core loss and high magnetic permeability.
Enhances transformer efficiency while minimizing energy dissipation.
High Magnetic Induction
Essential for improving the performance of power transformers and large motors.
Dimensional Precision
Customizable sizes and thicknesses to meet exact project requirements.
Common sizes include 0.23mm and 0.35mm thickness for transformer steel laminations.
Eco-Friendly Performance
Reduces energy loss, making it ideal for sustainable and green power applications.

Key Features of Non-oriented Silicon Steel
Cold-rolled non-oriented silicon steel, also known as cold-rolled electrical silicon steel, is mostly used to make generators. Steel strips that have been cold rolled to the final product thickness and have 0.5% to 3.0% silicon content and 0.35mm and 0.5mm thick. In comparison to grain-oriented silicon steel, cold-rolled non-oriented silicon steel has a greater Bs. Its consistent thickness, large size, and smooth surface make it superior to hot-rolled silicon steel in terms of filling factor and magnetic energy.
