Factors affecting the performance of thép silic sheet are as follows :
Silicon content and impurity content: more silicon content will increase the resistivity of thép silic sheet, thereby reducing iron loss; but too much silicon will make the texture of thép silic sheet is fragile, not easy to process.
Thickness of silicon steel sheet: silicon steel sheet iron core eddy current loss and steel thickness is proportional to the square, the thinner the silicon steel sheet, the smaller the iron loss consumption.
The influence of chemical composition: the composition of silicon steel sheet includes basic alloying elements (such as Si, Al, Mn, etc.), impurity elements (such as C, S, N, O, Ti, Zr, etc.) and trace elements (such as Sb, Sn, etc.).
