On September 22, according to the China Trade Remedy Information Network, the Indian Ministry of Commerce and Industry issued a final positive anti-dumping ruling on cold-rolled non oriented electrical steel originating from or imported from China. It is recommended to impose anti-dumping duties on Chinese products for a period of 5 years, with the following amounts: Wuhan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd., Baosteel Zhanjiang Iron and Steel Co., Ltd., and Baoshan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. are all involved in the case at a rate of 223.82 US dollars per ton, and other Chinese producers at a rate of 414.92 US dollars per ton. The products involved include cold-rolled silicon steel flat products, regardless of whether they are rolled or not, and regardless of width and thickness. The cold-rolled fully hard silicon electrical steel (CRFH) used for manufacturing cold-rolled non oriented electrical steel is not subject to anti-dumping measures in this case.
